4 STEPS to a succesful sell - Description of service

STEP 1 - CONSULTATION

The first step in preparing your property for the market starts with a detailed walk-through consultation.  We’ll take a few hours to carefully evaluate each room and note our preparation and styling recommendations. IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE US COMPLETE THE JOB, THE CONSULTATION FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL BILL.

STEP 2 - PREPARING

Once Sold In Style completes the consultation and offers our recommendations, you may decide to complete the suggestions on your own or hire us to prepare and stage your home.  


Pre-staging recommendations can include:

  • De-cluttering
  • Packing and storing
  • Repairing 
  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • Landscaping

Please note that pre-staging is not included in the Step 1 consultation or Step 3 staging fees. 

STEP 3 - STAGING

Next, Sold In Style will undertake the staging and showcasing of your property. Our ultimate goal is to help you sell your property for the best possible price and as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. That means we’ll ensure rental furniture and accessories are only used as needed.

 

We service both vacant and live-in properties as follows:


Live-in property Staging may include all or parts of Step 2 Pre-staging Plus :


  • Project management - including arranging and scheduling outside trade
  • Quick fix Reno's & Landscaping
  • Arranging for storage of items not used in the staging 
  • Furniture / Accessories  Re-position and or Rental (Selecting and Scheduling)
  • Staging
  • Photo prep for open house showings 
  • De-staging


  Vacant Property Staging may include all or parts of Step 2 - Pre-staging, Plus

  • Project management - including arranging and scheduling outside trade
  • Rental and placement of furniture and accessories to create a lived-in look
  • Staging
  • Photo prep for open house showings 
  • De-staging

STEP 4 - LIST AND SELL

Next, you can choose to list and sell your house with us your your preferred realtor.
